Return and Refund Policy
At ECLPS Apparel, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@eclpsapparel.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as production begins shortly after. Please contact us immediately at hello@eclpsapparel.com if you need to cancel.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
