All ECLPS Apparel products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printify. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or change of mind. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@eclpsapparel.com with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ECLPS Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
